Duties and Responsibilities

· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot any issues with hardware and software

· Communicate with our customers for any service requests

· Maintain user systems and on-site and cloud backups

· Install Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 365) and other software

· Install and Support email related issues

· Setup and maintain PfSense, Netgate, Sonicwall firewalls

· Setup VPN connections, IP routing

· Implement device upgrades for office workstations, servers, and network equipment

· Setup layer 2 and layer 3 network devices with optimal topology

· Resolve LAN/WAN issues such as network performance and connectivity

· Install and configure VoIP system

· Support Intuit QuickBooks software related issues

Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technology-related position

· Associate’s degree in Computer Technology, or related science degree

· Proficient knowledge in Windows Server 2008-2019, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office software

· Proficient knowledge in networking infrastructure, WiFi integration

· Experience with Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

· Experience with client-server applications

· Ability to work on resolving technical issues independently and in a team environment

· Excellent communication skills to understand customers’ issues and requirements

· Ability to prioritize agenda and multitasking under certain circumstances

· Strong ability in time management, organization, and work under pressure

· Plus: familiar with ERP, Accounting, and Inventory Systems

· Some driving to customer locations involved, mileage covered
